This photo series challenges the stigma that Borderline Personality Disorder equals aggression, showing how people with BPD, myself included, express intense pain through gentle, restrained gestures. The images emphasise softness: quiet poses, muted tones, careful composition, and vulnerability instead of outburst. It doesn't deny BPD's difficulty, but affirms that intense feeling can coexist with compassion, calm, and tenderness.
